It appears that medical miracles do indeed happen in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. For those who are currently living or planning to relocate to the Pittsburgh area, every ReMax Real Estate agent who assists in the purchase of a home or is credited with the sale of a home in Pittsburgh participates in a medical miracle. A percentage of each sale is contributed to the Children’s Miracle Network organization which in turn directs all profits from Pittsburgh business to be used by Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh.

Medical records exist in Pittsburgh for a 46 year old resident, Rita Claus, who after being treated for multiple sclerosis for 26 years read a book entitled “Medugorje Miracles’ by Dr. Rupcic who had personally witnessed healing miracles taking place in Bosnia. Rita Claus faithfully followed the instructions given and experienced immediate relief. Medical documentation is on file from physicians and therapists who treated Claus and who examined her after this incident which prove complete healing occurred.

Catholic Charities of Pittsburgh operates Free Health Care Center serving the uninsured, under-insured and those who do not qualify for Medicaid or other medical assistance. The predominant source of the center’s funding stems from contributions from residents of Pittsburgh.

Relocating later in life can sometimes be easier because there are different reasons to consider before the move. Now the schools are parks are not as much as an issue. Of course hospitals and medical care will often be close to the top of list of must haves. Weather is another important issue, but most people know that there is not anywhere that has perfect weather conditions and the rain brings flowers, so being flexible is helpful. Airports and the ease to which people can get to them can be another consideration because often friends and relatives are located all over the country and traveling is often necessary.I found some more information here.

Pennsylvania is a beautiful state and most people who live there never want to leave. Pittsburgh is the second largest city in the state. This popular community usually lands on the best area to relocate when magazines are researching great livable areas of the country. The cost of living is very reasonable and older people find that this place provides an opportunity for them to stretch their retirement dollar. It is possible to settle in one of the Burroughs outside of the main city and enjoy country life in a way that can-t be done anywhere else. Pennsylvanians are know for their friendliness and any newcomer will feel welcomed from the day they arrive.

Pittsburgh is a great city to live in for its social events, food festivals, and constant entertainment. There is never a shortage of things to do in Pittsburgh. Whether one enjoys an entire festival devoted to the Pittsburgh Steelers or a food festival with all sorts of dishes, one can have it all in Pittsburgh.

The Pittsburgh Microbrewer’s Fest is one of the top summer festivals to attend. At this festival, hundreds of beer brewing companies come together to serve the masses their best beer selections.

In addition to fabulous beer festivals, Pittsburgh also offers a nice Greek food festival every year. The Greek Foot Festival is hosted by volunteers at the Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church. This festival has happened in Pittsburgh for over 37 years.

The Jam on Walnut is one of the most exciting festivals to attend. With live dancing and music, life does not get much sweeter. Also, a majority of the proceeds from this festival go to various local charities in the community. There is plenty of great food, such as city chicken and philly cheese steak sandwiches, to be enjoyed at the Jam on Walnut.

Pittsburgh is the place to be for the nation’s top festivals.

The local farmers market in Pittsburgh is a great place to find the best, fresh, local produce including fruits, vegetables, and dairy products. This market supports local farmers who grow their produce naturally without the chemicals and pesticides of large farms. As a result, the farmers market offers the freshest and safest food items for any consumer.

The farmers market is a fun place to spend an entire Saturday afternoon with the family. Not only does this venue offer fresh fruits and vegetables, there are always some fun activities for kids and families. Other snacks are also available here including ethnic foods, breads, and produce items. The affordable nature of these goods makes it a great alternative to the high prices of commercialized supermarkets.

The farmers market offers the best in-season fruits and vegetables. This includes summer produce items like fresh watermelon, pineapple, and mangoes. In the fall, consumers find the freshest root vegetables, gourds, and melons. The affordable prices and venue supports local farmers who may have trouble competing with national brands and superstores.

Visitors to Pittsburgh can check local websites or newspapers to find the days and times of upcoming farmers markets. During summer, they usually occur once or twice weekly.
